30 Day Detox: 1 week in

It’s been 1 week since I started my 30 Day Detox and the first week the only thing I gave up on was sugar/dairy.
I left meat alone, but I had ice cream twice.
I know.
This week I will be stronger and resist those urges.
Urges, lol sounds extreme, but I guess it’s an addiction and I have to treat it like one.
I actually considered a raw vegan diet for a spell.

I decided the other day, since I wanted to try this new pedicure treatment, to do my pretox again – since I wiped out this past week 😦
I am serious about doing this and I really want to succeed.
I need to reclaim my health.
I don’t want to start getting chronically ill.
